The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the gg368 Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership. gg368 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. You will be required to provide government-issued identity documentation confirming your date of birth upon request. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Jurisdiction. The gg368 platform is operated as an offshore service and is primarily directed at adult players resident in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.
3. Single Account. Each individual may register only one Account on the gg368 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Personal Use. The Services are provided for your personal recreational use only. You may not use the gg368 platform on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any third party to access or use your Account.
5. Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: employees of gg368 and its affiliates; immediate family members of such employees; persons who have been self-excluded from the platform; and persons whose Accounts have been permanently closed by gg368 for any reason.

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account by completing the registration form on the gg368 platform. By submitting a registration application, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Accurate Information. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
2. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. gg368 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gg368 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
3. Identity Verification (KYC). gg368 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
4. Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gg368 does not maintain accounts in any other currency. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
5. Right to Refuse. gg368 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

gg368 supports a range of Indonesian local payment methods to ensure fast and convenient fund management for all Members.

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits may be made via the following channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits via e-wallet typically credit within two minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfers are processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. gg368 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which gg368 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. gg368 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 10.000.000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
3. Funds credited as Bonus balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
4. gg368 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
5. In the event that a deposit cannot be returned to the original payment source, gg368 may request an alternative withdrawal account in the Member's name, subject to additional verification.

gg368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified promotional period; any unmet requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance upon expiry.
2. Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may be fulfilled by playing eligible games as specified per promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games, certain live dealer titles, and draw-based games such as togel — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. 3. One Bonus at a Time. Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. gg368 reserves the right to determine which bonus is active in the event of any conflict.
4. Abuse Prevention. gg368 monitors bonus usage for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing wagers to eliminate risk ("arbitrage betting"), and using Bonus funds exclusively on low-variance outcomes. Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system will have their Bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
5. Seasonal Promotions. gg368 regularly runs promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and holidays, including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Such promotions are published on the gg368 homepage and are subject to the specific terms stated therein.
6. Amendment and Withdrawal. gg368 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and met the triggering condition, the Company will honour the bonus for that Member.

6.1 General. All games and betting markets available on the gg368 platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and this Agreement, the game-specific rule shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting — including pre-match fixed-odds betting, live in-play markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — is subject to the gg368 Sportsbook Rules. Key provisions include:

• The minimum single-event wager is Rp 1.000. The maximum wager per event is determined by the market and is subject to change at gg368's discretion.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format. gg368 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including manifestly incorrect odds.
• Bets on BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other listed competitions are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Wagers placed on Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team) matches are subject to standard settlement rules applicable to all international football fixtures.

6.3 Casino & Live Casino. All casino games — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming — are governed by the rules of the individual game. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and, for live dealer titles, by real-time human dealer action. 1. Platform Availability. gg368 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
2. Accuracy of Information. While gg368 takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, game statistics, and draw results displayed on the platform, the Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from data errors or delays in the display of real-time information.
3. Wagering Decisions. All wagering decisions are made by you at your sole discretion and risk. gg368 does not provide betting advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to place any particular wager.
4. Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
5. Consequential Loss. gg368 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

11.1 Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gg368 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balance) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by gg368. gg368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold, void, or forfeit the associated balance — if the Company determines, at its reasonable discretion, that:

• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• You are under the age of 21;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Services;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to do so.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of this Agreement — whether by you or by gg368 — does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 8, 10, and 12) shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gg368 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits gg368's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your place of residence and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws.
